Cancellation policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time from "My game accounts": choose the game account and press Cancel subscription - or cancel the automatic payment in your PayPal account (Settings, Payments, Automatic payments). No notice period and no fee.

After cancelling, the game account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is deactivated after that. Nothing further is charged. The current period is not refunded (see the refund policy for the exceptions).

A deactivated account can be reactivated at any time by subscribing again from "My game accounts"; its characters and progress are kept for at 12 months.

We may cancel a subscription and deactivate an account for a serious breach of the realm rules; a refund of the unused part of the current period is made in that case unless the breach involved fraud or a chargeback.
